What You’ll Do

• Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Oversee financial activity within Global Shop ERP to ensure accuracy and visibility
• Manage month-end and year-end close and produce financial statements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Provide financial reporting and insights to support leadership decisions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Improve accounting workflows and ERP utilization
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage or support accounting staff and external partners as needed

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience in a Controller or Accounting Manager role preferred
• Strong proficiency with ERP or accounting systems required; experience with Global Shop ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CPA preferred

Pay: $39.00 - $48.00 per hour
