Part-Time Copywriter and Marketing Support

We are looking for a part-time copywriter to support our marketing team with day-to-day content needs and miscellaneous marketing tasks. This role will begin in office to build familiarity with our brand, tools, and workflow, and will transition to remote once established.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, can shift between projects, and is comfortable learning how to work efficiently using AI and internal tools. The work is steady, but tasks will vary week to week.

You will work closely with our marketing manager and occasionally coordinate with vendors or internal teammates.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit marketing copy for emails, promotions, landing pages, and website content
• Draft and format HTML promo copy for email campaigns and on-site banners
• Assist with one-off marketing tasks including copy updates, content cleanup, and vendor deliverables
• Proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve speed, quality, and idea generation
• Support the marketing team by handling overflow writing and execution tasks

Experience

Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a copywriting, marketing, communications, or content support role
• Experience writing customer-facing marketing content such as emails, promotions, website copy, or similar
• Some hands-on experience formatting or editing basic HTML for email or promotional content
• Experience managing multiple small tasks or projects at once
• Create one-off marketing materials such as one-pagers, or internal or client-facing documents

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience supporting a small or lean marketing team
• Exposure to e-commerce or email marketing platforms
• Experience using AI tools to assist with writing, editing, or brainstorming
