Part-Time Corporate Trainer (Excel & ICDL)

Role Overview We are looking for a patient and knowledgeable Part-Time Instructor to join our team in Dubai. This role is specifically designed to support a corporate client in mastering essential digital tools. You will be responsible for delivering personalized, one-on-one training sessions focused on Microsoft Excel and the ICDL curriculum to help the client excel in her daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tailored training sessions on Microsoft Excel (from basic functions to advanced data management).
• Deliver comprehensive instruction on ICDL modules, ensuring the client gains confidence in essential IT skills.
• Assess the client’s current skill level and adapt the teaching pace to meet her specific workplace needs.
• Provide practical, hands-on exercises that reflect real-world office tasks.
• Track progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong command of the ICDL syllabus.
• Teaching Experience: Proven experience as a trainer or instructor, particularly with adult learners or in a corporate setting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical steps into simple, actionable instructions.
• Work Arrangement: Available for part-time, on-site sessions in Dubai Al Garhoud (schedule to be discussed).

Preferred Qualifications

• ICDL Certification or equivalent IT teaching credentials.
• Previous experience in the UAE training or education sector.
• A professional, supportive, and patient approach to candidate coaching.
