Part-Time CPA / Accountant (Ecommerce, QuickBooks)

We are a growing ecommerce business (Wyoming LLC operating in Indiana) looking for a reliable CPA or experienced accountant to support us long-term.

We prefer working directly with one person (not a large firm) who understands our business and can assist us with accounting, taxes, and financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & accounting (QuickBooks)
• Sales tax & state compliance (Indiana)
• Payroll guidance (Gusto)
• Financial reporting
• Tax filings (federal + state)
• Ongoing tax and financial advice

Requirements:

• CPA or strong accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Ecommerce experience
• Familiar with multi-state businesses (Indiana a plus)

Compensation:

Flexible — open to hourly or fixed monthly arrangement depending on what works best.
