Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Part-Time Custodian and Lawn Care Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of indoor spaces, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as window cleaning, floor buffing, and surface disinfecting to maintain a pristine environment.
• Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming bushes, watering plants, and performing general landscaping duties to keep grounds neat and inviting.
• Blowing off parking lot being certain to capture and dispose of trash.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Sweeping facilities, managing cob webs, ridding debris, and cleaning gutters as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including floor buffers and lawn care machinery. Provide maintenance on lawn care equipment as needed.
• Monitor outdoor spaces for safety hazards or damage and report issues promptly for resolution.
• Support overall custodial operations by restocking supplies and ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to consistently.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; familiarity with commercial or residential cleaning standards is highly valued.
• Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing or stripping floors enhances your suitability for this role.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, trimming, watering, and basic landscaping is a plus.
• Background in facilities maintenance demonstrates versatility in handling various upkeep responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness is required.
• Plan daily/weekly tasks to meet company expectations.
• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, commercial lawncare, and residential /commercial painting preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
