Customer & Sales Support Associate (Entry-Level, Healthcare E-commerce)

Location: Warrenton, VA 20187 – Gainesville / Haymarket / Warrenton (Local Candidates Preferred)

Work Type: On-Site (Office-Based Role – Not Remote)

Schedule: Part-Time – 5 Hours/Day (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Monday to Thursday

Role Overview

This is an entry-level role combining customer support and sales support. You will interact directly

with healthcare customers, support their needs, and help drive sales through excellent service and

follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in customer success, sales, or business

development.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle phone support during business hours
  • Respond to live chat inquiries
  • Manage email communication with customers
  • Provide order updates and after-sales support
  • Conduct customer follow-ups via phone and email
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

Sales Support & Growth

  • Assist with product inquiries from clinics and hospitals
  • Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions
  • Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs
  • Support quote sharing and product information requests
  • Follow up with warm leads and existing customers
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant products Maintain simple tracking of customer interactions and leads
  • Share customer feedback to improve products and offerings
  • Support light outreach to local healthcare providers

Training & Development

  • Hands-on training will be provided for all sales support activities
  • Learn how to communicate with healthcare customers effectively
  • Learn the backend of customers management in Shopify
  • Gain practical experience in product knowledge, sales conversations, and customer handling
  • Continuous learning in a real startup environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (phone, chat, email)
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable talking to customers and handling questions
  • Basic computer and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn sales and business skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Interest in healthcare or medical products (a plus)
  • Local candidate preferred (Fauquier County / Prince William County nearby)
