Part time Customer service assistant for property MGT/hotel industry, bookkeeper, Student welcome

I manage a few vacation rentals and am looking for someone to help out part-time with basic accounting and admin work for:

1. Enter invoices into spreadsheets

2. Prepare and file simple monthly reports.

3. Reply to guests' emails.

4. Coordinate check-in and check-out schedules.

5. Coordinate schedules with contractors.

Around 20 hours/week. Flexible schedule. You can work at least half the time remotely once trained.

Looking for someone who’s organized, dependable, energetic, and a good communicator. Basic spreadsheet skills are a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.34 per hour

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Jose, CA 95123
