Primary Function:
This is a part-time, Data Analyst position supporting Business Development and Sales leadership through accurate data, dashboards, and performance reporting. The selected candidate will demonstrate strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to data quality.
The Data Analyst should thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and collaborative team settings across various levels of the organization, including senior leadership. This role focuses on data execution, reporting, and analytics support, rather than strategy or program ownership.
What you will do:

Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Business Development and Sales data across dashboards, trackers, and reporting artifacts

Build, update, and maintain leadership-ready dashboards and performance reports related to:

Opportunity pipeline and status
-
Forecasted vs. actual bookings
-
Proposal performance metrics (win rate, compliance, on-time delivery)
-
Customer engagement metrics
-
Forecasted vs. actual proposal labor hours
-
Execute approved updates to key data elements, including opportunity value, probability of win (PWin), status, phase, and period of performance dates
-
Ensure data updates are consistently reflected across all impacted tools, reports, and dashboards

Validate formulas, roll-ups, KPIs, and metrics to ensure accuracy and auditability

Identify, investigate, and flag data discrepancies or inconsistencies
-
Support the calculation and maintenance of Business Development performance metrics and QA KPIs
-
Ensure reports are current, accurate, and presentation-ready for leadership reviews

Support analytics and data validation efforts during the transition from Excel-based tools to enterprise systems
-
Assist with standardization, reporting improvements, and automation initiatives as directed
Work Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. The employee will work in an office, remote, or hybrid environment depending on business needs. Minimal travel is expected.
Basic Qualifications:

1–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytical role (University courses can be used as experience if applicable)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation

Experience building or maintaining dashboards and performance reports

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple datasets with overlapping data elements

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Sales Operations, Business Development, or Revenue Operations teams

Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Costpoint, Deltek, or similar)

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools

Experience supporting data migrations or system transitions

Strong organizational and time-management skills
