Part Time Day Esthetics/Lash Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part Time Day Aesthetics/Lash Instructor to join our dynamic beauty education team! In this role, you will inspire and empower aspiring estheticians and lash technicians by delivering engaging, hands-on training in a vibrant classroom environment. Your expertise will help students develop their skills in a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and more. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, engaging lessons on Aesthetic and lash techniques such as eyelash extensions, facials, makeup application, hair styling, and body waxing
• Plan and prepare lesson materials that align with curriculum standards and industry best practices
• Demonstrate proper techniques for treatments including micor-dermabrasion, aesthetic laser procedures, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage
• Provide constructive feedback to students to foster their technical skills and confidence
• Supervise practical sessions to ensure safety and adherence to hygiene standards
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, esthetic treatments, hair extensions, and nail care to incorporate into teaching
• Support students’ professional development by encouraging a positive learning environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in cosmetology or esthetics with expertise in eyelash extensions, waxing, lash lifts and tints
• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments and trigger point therapy
• Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or cosmetology instruction preferred
• Ability to effectively plan lessons and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments and dermabrasion is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
• Certification or licensure in esthetics or cosmetology as required by local regulations
