PART-TIME Day Spa Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication and scheduling skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Manage the front desk area and boutique, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, restocking boutique, greeting clients, and answering phones.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, resolving issues as they arise.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Scheduling experience required.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
