Part Time Daytime Tutor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• • Part Time Position: hours vary per school
  • Pay $20 per hour
  • Employee is not eligible for bonuses, beneits, leave accrual, etc
  • Tutors serve students by assisting with academic success strategies.
  • Tutors provide individual and/or group tutoring to students based on their academic need.
  • Tutors meet with students to clarify and review concepts that they are struggling to master, explain skills and support them in learning the concept.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of hearing, talking, and repetitive motions. While performing the responsibility of this job the employee is regularly expected to stand and walk and sometimes must stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to perform sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
