Part- Time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Eastern Solutions, LLC (ES) is expanding operations and seeking a part-time delivery driver/warehouse associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a low-stress work environment that offers daily interaction with clients, making it a particularly great fit for those who are retired or simply looking to stay active with a few hours of work each week. The position involves delivering hand-held equipment weighing up to 50 lbs to corporate offices within a 90-mile radius of Charlotte, NC. Drivers will be provided with small corporate vehicles and are expected to maintain a business casual appearance while representing the company. We require a commitment of minimum of 20 to 30 hours per week, though we are happy to adjust the specific schedule as needed to accommodate your availability. Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles such as minivans or small pick-up trucks to deliver products to various locations following designated routes
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts or manual lifting techniques while ensuring proper handling of goods
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups
• Verify delivery orders, complete delivery documentation accurately, and obtain signatures upon receipt
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including moving inventory as needed
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met before each trip
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock rotation, cycle counts, and restocking shelves when not on delivery routes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
• Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, heavy lifting, moving items safely, and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred)
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving
