Part time Delivery/Warehouse

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver/Warehouse member to join our team. This role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities, ensuring the timely delivery of products while maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in both warehouse operations and commercial driving, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of items.
• Operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles for route driving, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management, organization of stock, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy items safely.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safe operation of delivery vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience as a delivery driver or courier, with knowledge of route planning and navigation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely, with a focus on ergonomics.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous.
