Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our Dental Assisting program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach Dental Assisting courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.

Requirements

• Diploma /Degree Required
• Certification in Dental Assisting
• At least three years of experience in the field of Dental Assisting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated and results driven
• Prior teaching experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (Required)
