Part-time Designer for Home Staging Company

• First Home Staging is a full-service home staging company servicing Orange County since 2016. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED home stager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead on staging a home with the help of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a great team player and a passion for design. Work schedule will vary, and the hours worked will generally fall Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Walk though a home to execute a staging plan
• Meet at job site or warehouse to direct our movers
• Pack and unpack home accessories
• De-staging of vacant and occupied homes
• Create social media content
• Collaborate on re-design projects
• Work collaboratively with staff to coordinate, plan and execute both vacant and occupied staging projects from estimate to installation
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: Eye for design, Organized and detail oriented

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with ease
• Computer savvy and experience with Google Docs, Excel, Word
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be willing to travel to job site through out orange county.
• Must be able to successfully multi-task and think on your feet
• Creative problem solver with regards to staging projects and client situations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
