Part Time Desk Attendant

GOALS of the Front Desk Attendant include: ♦ To provide excellent customer service to customers and guests ♦ To maintain safety and compliance guidelines ♦ To ensure the quality of the gaming experience ♦ To uphold Maxamillion’s key values, to follow the employee handbook policies, and follow updates ♦ To contribute to the presence of Maxamillion’s by maintaining a professional appearance JOB DUTIES of this position include: ♣ To create a fresh atmosphere by maintaining cleanliness ♣ To restock beverages, snacks, and manage the cash register (restock product accordingly) ♣ To maintain the quality of store accommodations; contact terminal operations for maintenance ♣ To manually track players, play-time, and machine use PHYSICAL ELEMENTS of this position include: ♥ Frequent sitting & communicating ♥ Moderate reaching, kneeling and crouching for the product, other related materials, and cleaning duties ♥ Ability to work alone for a full shift or up to 6 hours WORK Requirements of this position include: ♠ Must have documents that establish employment eligibility and employee identity within 3 business days of the date the employment begins ♠ Maintain or acquire a BASSET certification within 120 days of employment ($4.95 - employee expense) ♠ Must be 21+ years of age or older to satsify Illinois gaming and alcohol serving requirements ♠ Complete sexual harassment prevention training (no cost, provided by employer) with a passing score
