Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Weekend / Weekday Floater Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves managing the front desk operations and maintenance of the storage units during weekends and filling in as needed across various shifts during the week with prior notice. The ideal candidate must have some weekday availability.

Duties

• Greet visitors warmly and assist with unit rental procedures using SiteLink Software.
• Manage phone inquiries, and providing information as needed. Ensure proper phone etiquette and clear communication with visitors and callers.
• Support retail sales activities through selling products (such as locks, boxes, tape, etc.) and conducting units' showings to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, and office. In addition to the outdoor grounds and storage units.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting clients’ storage needs.

Qualifications

• Previous office or clerical experience, preferably in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management software with strong phone etiquette.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
