Part Time Desk Clerk

Part-Time Front Desk / Night Audit Position Motel 6 – Seaside, Oregon

Motel 6 in Seaside is hiring a part-time front desk team member. This position requires at least two overnight shifts per week, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. Overnight shift experience is a plus. This role is best suited for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones, take messages, and assist with guest inquiries
• Process reservations, check-ins, and guest requests
• Maintain accurate records and shift notes
• Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized
• Work independently during overnight shifts
• Walk up and down stairs as needed throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working overnight and independently
• Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay professional under pressure
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Hotel experience preferred, but willing to train the right person

* Ability to start right away preferred. Training will require approximately 2 weeks of daytime shifts (3 to 5 days per week) before transitioning to overnight shifts.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
