Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to real projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have passion for digital marketing strategies.

Duties
As a Marketing Intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that support our marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Lead Generation: Create and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract new residential and commercial clients
  • Social Media Management: Post regularly on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to showcase completed projects, promotions, and client testimonials
  • Content Creation: Design flyers, door hangers, yard signs, and digital ads to promote services and seasonal offers
  • Advertising: Run paid ad campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and local directories
  • Website Management: Update service pages, upload project photos, and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility
  • Reputation Management: Collect, manage, and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google, and Angi
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Send newsletters, promotional updates, and appointment reminders to past and potential clients
  • CRM & Lead Tracking: Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics, engagement, and lead sources.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Developed and managed digital marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial roofing services
  • Created content for social media platforms, increasing online engagement and generating qualified leads
  • Designed promotional materials including flyers, yard signs, and door hangers for local outreach
  • Coordinated Google Ads and Facebook ad campaigns targeting local homeowners and businesses
  • Maintained and updated the company website, improving SEO and overall user experience
  • Collected and posted customer reviews to build online reputation and trust
  • Organized community outreach efforts and seasonal promotions to boost brand visibility
  • Tracked lead conversions and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Collaborated with sales and project teams to align messaging and offers with customer needs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.51 - $24.71 per hour
