Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist & Content Strategy - Experience Required

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled, self-directed marketing professional to help grow a thought leadership brand in a highly specialized technical industry. This is not a role for someone who just schedules posts or edits clips. We need someone who can think strategically, learn deeply, and execute consistently — a generalist with range who understands brand building from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has worked with content-driven personal brands, understands the mechanics of audience growth, and has the discipline to create systems that produce results over time. You don't need to know our industry when you start — but you will need to learn it, respect it, and represent it accurately and authentically.

This is a part-time, ongoing engagement with room to grow for the right person.

The Mission

We are building a community-driven brand around a niche technical field. The brand voice is built on credibility, expertise, and genuine passion for the subject matter. Our audience includes industry professionals, executives, and leaders at major organizations who take this work seriously.

The goal is to move from sporadic content to a consistent, multi-platform content rhythm that builds an engaged audience and a growing email list. We want people to find us, trust us, and stay connected.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Repurposing & Creation

  • Take existing long-form YouTube video content and repurpose it into YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and email newsletter content
  • Assist in planning and producing new content that aligns with the brand's voice and audience expectations
  • Develop lead magnets (guides, checklists, downloadable resources) from existing content that capture email sign-ups

Email List Building

  • Set up and manage an email list strategy from the ground up — including opt-in forms, sequences, and consistent broadcast emails
  • Help design and implement a simple but effective funnel that converts visitors and viewers into email list subscribers

Website & Profile Optimization

  • Audit and update our existing website to align with brand goals and serve as a hub for email list growth
  • Optimize our LinkedIn profile to reflect the brand clearly and drive the right audience to take action

Platform Management

  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and YouTube as the primary platforms
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule that builds momentum over time

What We Care About Most

We want a consistent content rhythm that can be sustained. We are trying to build an engine and not single viral moments. We care about how things look, how they read, and how they represent the brand. Sloppy work is not acceptable. We don't want to micromanage you. Once you understand the brand, we want you to bring ideas, flag opportunities, and help us see what we're missing.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ClickFunnels
  • Experience using Claude
  • Background working with technical or B2B personal brands
  • YouTube channel growth experience beyond just editing
