Part Time Dining Server/Dishwasher Mon-Fri 3:30 pm - 7:00pm

The Parke is looking for a part-time dining server / dishwasher to join our team. We offer a family dining experience for our residents and we are looking for a person who possesses qualities to serve our residents in a cheerful and compassionate manner.

1. Adheres to policies, operating procedures and presents a professional and positive attitude at all times.
2. Provides table service to residents and guests
3. Must maintain a working knowledge of daily menus and communicate it in a professional and courteous fashion
4. Takes note of resident or guest special requests and assist in accommodating them whenever possible
5. Cleans tables of soiled tableware and delivers them to the dish cleaning area.
6. Removes and replaces soiled tablecloths and napkins and resets table according to expectations
7. Performs cleaning duties as required to include floors, doors, mats, countertops, and serving tables
8. Responsible for avoiding loss, breakage and waste of supplies and equipment
9. Performs additional preparation work as required to include food plating, plate preparation, and garnishing
10. Fills the role of dishwasher as assigned
11. Performs other duties as assigned by the Chef

Qualifications
- Food service experience
- Customer service skills
- Food handling knowledge
- Food safety training
- Assisted living experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
