Part-Time Discord Community Manager

We are a fast-growing TikTok Shop Partner Agency building one of the most active creator communities in the space.

Our Discord community has 6,000+ creators and is scaling quickly. We are looking for a part-time Community Growth Manager who can focus on engagement, activation, and community growth.

This is not a basic moderator role.
We already have team members handling daily maintenance.

We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, drive initiatives, and elevate the quality of the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive community engagement and creator activity
• Plan and execute creative initiatives (AMA, challenges, gamification, etc.)
• Organize weekly calls, workshops, and creator sessions
• Post high-quality daily prompts and discussions
• Review creator content and give actionable feedback
• Identify ways to improve retention, participation, and content quality
• Continuously test and optimize engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Creative thinker with strong initiative
• Strong organizational skills and ability to execute ideas
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in TikTok Shop / creator economy

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Discord communities
• Familiar with TikTok content or short-form video
• Comfortable giving feedback to creators

Big Plus:

• Comfortable on camera and can create simple educational videos (tips, strategy, feedback)

Students / Interns are welcome if you are proactive and eager to learn.
