The Position: Doctor for Homecare (Geriatric/ Palliative care)

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of elderly patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses common in older adults.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
• Provide preventive care, including health screenings.
• Address age-related issues such as mobility, cognitive decline, and mental health.
• Ensure seamless transition of care from hospital to home.

The candidate:

• Qualified physician.
• Must have attended geriatric training.
• Must be compassionate and empathetic.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to manage stress.
• Have good judgment and decision-making skills.
