ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a premium, locally owned pet care company serving busy families across Morris County, NJ. We're hiring two part-time dog walkers and pet care professionals to join our small, tight-knit team.

This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor gig, not a Rover or Wag side hustle. You'll have consistent scheduling, real support, and a direct path to grow within the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Walk dogs solo across assigned Morris County routes
• Provide attentive, white glove care for every pet in your charge
• Send client updates and photos after each visit
• Follow care protocols and represent the business professionally
• Report any incidents or concerns promptly to the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Must live in Morris County, NJ
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid NJ driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Demonstrated hands-on experience handling dogs of all breeds and sizes, including large breeds, strong pullers, and reactive dogs
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm
• Weekends as needed
• Early hours (7am-9am) and late evening hours (6pm-9pm) also available if desired
