Part Time Dog Walker Position!

Walk With Tanya Dog Walking Services, LLC is a licensed/bonded/insured and locally owned/operated dog walking company based out of Fremont, Seattle. Tanya started the company in 2012 and manages our wonderful team of animal enthusiasts!

We are looking for dog lovers to join our team! If you have experience handling, training or owning dogs, we want to hear from you.

Dog Walker position: We are looking for a dog walker for a Monday-Friday in the Seattle area from 10:00-2:00. Our dog walkers typically walk 5-7 neighborhood dogs and you will use your own car/truck (bikes, motorcycles and buses will not work sadly) to get to and from your dog walks. We have an app that tracks the dog walk with a GPS map and send clients daily updates too! Please be able to make at least a three month commitment. I am looking for someone that is comfortable with dogs who may be large, may pull and/or be reactive on leash and dogs that are all shapes and sizes. Preference will go to people that have owned their own dog. Dog boarding opportunities and weekends/nights are available too if you would like. This is an employee position and the pay is $23/hr with drive time and mileage reimbursement included. Clients also can (and do) tip!

Requirements:
-You will need a car (bikes and busses sadly do not work)
-Be able to pass a background check
-Have a smart phone that can download our ap with texting and email access
-Have experience with dogs
-Customer service background preferred
-Excellent communication skills

Pay: Payday is every other Friday and it's a week behind and is direct deposited into your bank account.

We are looking for dog walkers who live in or around our service area, which includes Fremont, Ballard, Greenwood, Queen Anne, Ravenna, Cap Hill, Udistric, Northgate, etc. If you just LOVE dogs, we would love to hear from you!
