Duties

• Install, finish, and repair drywall surfaces with attention to detail and quality standards
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, caulking, taping, and priming walls and ceilings
• Apply various types of paint using brushes, rollers, or airless spray equipment to achieve smooth finishes
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
• Perform plastering, stucco work, and trim carpentry to enhance aesthetic appeal and structural integrity
• Handle water damage restoration tasks including mold remediation and moisture mitigation
• Install fixtures such as doors, trim, moldings, and hardware in accordance with project requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and painting within construction or restoration industries
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills
• Hands-on experience with plastering, stucco application, metal stud framing, and masonry work
• Familiarity with schematics for fixture installation and plumbing systems on construction sites
• Ability to perform carpentry tasks including door hanging, framing, trim carpentry, and flooring installation
• Skilled in water damage restoration techniques such as mold remediation and moisture control
• Knowledge of airless paint spraying equipment and tile laying is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Valid construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and proper tool handling
