Overview

Lady Conceal is a growing online retail and wholesale brand specializing in concealed carry handbags and accessories. We’re seeking an E-Commerce & Multimedia Specialist with strong digital and creative skills to help manage our online platforms, create engaging content, and support day-to-day business operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety from managing online listings to posting TikTok videos and helping fulfill orders. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and creative individual with excellent computer skills who’s eager to grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop.
• Create, edit, and upload product descriptions, images, and videos.
• Post and schedule short-form product videos on TikTok and other social platforms.
• Process and fulfill online orders; assist with packaging and shipping.
• Provide customer service via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate product listings and inventory levels.
• Support marketing with blog posts, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
• Optimize Amazon listings and manage FBA submissions.
• Contribute creative ideas for product visuals, content, and marketing growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and current content trends.
• Ability to create and edit short-form videos (TikTok, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Basic photography and photo-editing skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, or eBay.
• SEO and product-listing optimization knowledge.
• Creative writing for social media or blogs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
