Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and engaging English lessons to Chinese students via online platforms, ensuring an enjoyable learning experience
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet individual student needs, incorporating diverse teaching methods and resources
• Utilize learning technology effectively to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement
• Manage virtual classroom environments with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and lesson plans in accordance with program guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English or other languages, especially to children or young learners
• Strong classroom management skills suited for virtual environments
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in French or Japanese is a plus
• Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, or early childhood education preferred
• Familiarity with working with children of diverse backgrounds and special education needs is advantageous
