Part Time Entry Level Dispatch/Customer Service

A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical, a leading full-service HVAC company in Omaha, is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Entry Level Dispatch/Customer Service representative. This role is crucial to our operations, as you will be responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance and repair services. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. We offer shifts from 2:00 pm-Close, and every other Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Closing hours will vary depending on call volume.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch HVAC services to meet customer needs.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance and repair services.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
