Part Time Escrow Officer – Title Company

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service in the real estate closing process. We average about 5 closings a month, all in-house closings for our own purchases and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing
  • Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and related documents
  • Prepare and balance settlement statements (CD/HUD)
  • Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure a smooth closing
  • Handle funds disbursement in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve title and escrow issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of escrow or title experience required
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in escrow/title software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Escrow Officer license/certification required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
