Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing with precision and care
• Deliver advanced skincare procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and deep tissue massages to meet individual client needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail product selections to enhance their wellness journey
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience
• Assist with makeup application and nail care services to deliver comprehensive beauty solutions
• Promote retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client skin types and preferences

Skills

• Proven expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products while fostering a welcoming environment
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure client safety at all times
• Experience with retail sales strategies to drive product demos and increase client engagement
• Ability to perform eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage with professionalism
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that builds lasting client relationships
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced spa environment while maintaining attention to detail
