Part-Time Esthetician / Wax Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Esthetician / Wax Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in face and body waxing, passionate about luxury client care, and excited to grow within a high-end beauty and wellness environment.

This position will primarily focus on female and male body waxing services, while also supporting the spa team with additional beauty services and guest experience support as needed.

We are looking for a polished, professional, and client-focused esthetician who thrives in a luxury environment and genuinely enjoys building long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong experience in full body waxing for both women and men
• Is confident performing Brazilian waxing and male Brazilian waxing services
• Provides an exceptional, elevated client experience
• Is sales-minded and comfortable recommending retail and memberships
• Is flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
• Is open to supporting the spa beyond treatment room services when needed
• Wants to grow long-term within a luxury beauty and wellness brand

Required Services & Experience:

• Female and male body waxing
• Brazilian waxing
• Male Brazilian waxing
• Facial waxing including brows, lip, nose, ears, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of professional waxing experience preferred
• Current California Esthetician or Cosmetology License required

Preferred Additional Skills:
The following are highly preferred but not required:

• Lash lifts and tinting
• Lash extensions
• Spray tanning
• Facials and skincare treatments
• Brow services

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional waxing services with precision, professionalism, and efficiency
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest care
• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat bookings and loyalty
• Recommend retail products, memberships, and additional services when appropriate
• Support overall studio operations and guest experience
• Assist with front desk or guest support during downtime as needed
• Maintain professionalism, positive energy, and teamwork at all times

Schedule & Availability:

• Part-time position
• Approximately 2–3 shifts per week to start
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Must be comfortable traveling between Laguna Niguel and Rancho Santa Margarita locations
