Part-Time Esthetician (Weekends Only)

Job Summary
MadLash Esthetics is seeking a licensed Esthetician with a passion for skincare and facial services to join our team on weekends. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a relaxing client experience, educating clients on skincare, and helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.

This role will primarily focus on facials and skincare treatments within a professional and supportive esthetics studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on client skin concerns and goals
• Provide skincare consultations and recommend appropriate home care products and services
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room organization in accordance with Virginia regulations
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional client experience
• Maintain accurate client notes and treatment recommendations
• Support studio growth through client retention and positive customer service

Preferred Services & Experience

• Customized facials
• Acne treatments
• Hydrating and anti-aging facials
• Facial massage and relaxation-focused services
• Waxing, lashes, or brows are a plus but not the primary focus

Experience/Qualifications

• Active Virginia Esthetician License required
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
• Strong passion for skincare and client education
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Previous facial-focused spa or studio experience preferred
