Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician with microneedling experience to join our team for immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and exceptional customer service. We are also offering an opportunity to move into a full-time position starting in January.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials and skin analysis.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and tools in accordance with industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Assist in sales of skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in esthetics to offer clients innovative options.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Esthetician in a spa or salon setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and provide tailored recommendations.
• Background in hospitality is a plus, as it enhances the overall client experience.
• Microneedling experience required.
