Part time evening cleaner

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Position is Wednesdays at 6pm- around 10:30pm and Saturdays at 2pm and ending at 6pm . Pay is $400 a month . Must have transportation and be an independent cleaner with experience in such!!!

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Assist with custodial responsibilities for both commercial and residential spaces, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines
• Use industrial cleaning equipment for deep cleans in specialized areas such as warehouses or manufacturing facilities
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies used to ensure accountability and inventory control

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred; experience with floor care or industrial cleaning is a plus
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders when necessary
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites
• Basic understanding of facilities maintenance procedures; ability to identify maintenance issues early is advantageous
• Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic; team-oriented mindset is highly valued
