Now Hiring: Part-Time Evening Cleaning Staff – Novi, MI Area

Immediate Opportunities Available

Service Area: Novi, MI and nearby communities including Farmington Hills, Commerce Township, New Hudson, Southfield, Wixom, West Bloomfield, and Waterford
Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting around 6:00 PM
Shift Duration: Approximately 3–5 hours per shift (varies by site)
Hourly Pay: Starts at $14/hour for most positions

Position Overview

Corporate Cleaning Group is growing and currently looking for dependable individuals to join our team as part-time evening cleaners in the Novi area. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking consistent evening hours or extra income.

Team members will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a variety of commercial settings, either independently or alongside a small crew.

Work Environments May Include:

• Office buildings and professional spaces
• Medical offices and surgical facilities
• Car dealerships
• Schools and pediatric therapy centers
• Warehouses and industrial sites
• Churches and other commercial locations

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
• Emptying trash and recycling bins and replacing liners
• Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (door handles, switches, counters, etc.)
• Proper use of cleaning products and equipment
• Following company procedures and safety standards
• Completing assigned tasks to meet client expectations
• Securing the facility at the end of each shift
• Using a mobile app to check in and complete nightly task checklists

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
