The Role: Concierge/Host

As a Concierge at The Club ATL, you’ll be the face of our guest experience—creating warm welcomes, assisting travelers with comfort and ease, and maintaining the atmosphere of calm luxury that defines our lounge.

You’ll succeed in this role if you’re someone who:

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with a warm, professional welcome
• Manage check-ins, guest inquiries, and lounge access efficiently
• Assist guests with seating, amenities, and special requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale lounge environment
• Support team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Represent The Club ATL with integrity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor at all times
• Must be able to stand for the full duration of your shift
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required

Appearance Standards

To maintain our professional environment, all team members must adhere to the following grooming and appearance guidelines:

• No facial piercings visible while on duty
• No unnatural nail, makeup, or hair colors (must be neutral or natural tones)
• Uniform and presentation must always reflect professionalism and cleanliness

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Hours: PART-TIME 16-24 hours per week
• Pay: $16.00/hour
