Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities during the 3:00–6:00 PM shift
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Communicate positively with parents during pick-up
• Follow all daily schedules, routines, and center policies
• Assist with snack time and end-of-day procedures
• Document any incidents or behavioral concerns and report to the director

Requirements

• Early Childhood Education/CDA Required
• Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Strong communication skills with children and families
