Position: Evening Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor – Oʻahu
We are looking for motivated individuals to lead evening cleaning operations across multiple Oʻahu locations. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high standards of cleanliness, promote safety, and support staff development.

Job Details

• Title: Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor
• Pay: $19–$20/hour (dependent on experience)
• Schedule: Evening shifts (varies by site)
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Locations: Multiple worksites across Oʻahu

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign evening cleaning tasks
• Maintain restrooms, kitchens, and shared areas
• Oversee floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Monitor trash collection and sanitation procedures
• Evaluate staff performance and enforce safety protocols
• Coach and support team members to ensure success
• Ensure facilities are secured at the end of each shift

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings
• Flexible and able to travel between multiple locations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of cleaning, safety, and health standards
• Collaborative leadership style and professional demeanor
