ABOUT THE FAMILY

A warm, close-knit family in Lititz is seeking a part-time nanny to join their household team. Mom is home full-time and is looking for a trusted, reliable partner who is equally comfortable working alongside her as they are taking the lead. The family has two young children — a delightful 2-year-old boy and a 3-month-old girl — and one miniature golden doodle. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves being part of a family's daily rhythm and building a lasting, meaningful connection with the children.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

The evening role centers on supporting the children through the end-of-day routine. Primary duties include preparing dinner, overseeing bath time, and guiding both children through a calming bedtime routine. Light household tasks such as dishes and tidying up after the children are also part of the role. Occasional babysitting availability is a plus — the family hopes to build a relationship with someone the children will grow to love.

• Warm, kind-hearted, and genuinely happy around young children
• Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent with ease and positive energy
• Experienced with infants and toddlers; minimum 3 years of paid childcare experience
• Open to occasional babysitting evenings or weekends
• Dog-friendly — one miniature golden doodle in the home
• Clean driving record (driving may be required)
• Must consent to a background check and 10-panel drug screening
• Able to provide verifiable childcare-related professional references
