Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure facilities are spotless, well-maintained, and meet our high standards of cleanliness. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in janitorial services, floor care, and facilities maintenance while contributing to a positive environment for clients and colleagues alike.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Utilize specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor polishers to maintain floors in pristine condition
• Conduct custodial tasks such as window washing, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects and facilities maintenance as needed
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any equipment issues or supply Support

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and equipment is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
