About the Opportunity

Legacy Stays is seeking a reliable and creative Photographer & Content Assistant to help document real estate networking events, property tours, auctions, and educational workshops throughout the Baltimore area.

This position is ideal for a college student, photography student, content creator, freelancer, or aspiring media professional looking to gain experience while building their portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality professional photos during live events
• Record short-form video content for social media
• Assist with filming attendee interviews and testimonials
• Capture candid networking moments and event highlights
• Help organize content during events
• Ensure photos and videos are clear, well-lit, and professional
• Provide edited photos within an agreed-upon timeframe
• Assist event host as needed during event operations

Upcoming Assignment

The first assignment will be a Baltimore real estate auction event requiring approximately 2 hours of coverage.

Additional opportunities may be available throughout the summer, including:

• Real estate networking events
• Investor meetups

• Educational workshops
• Community events

Qualifications

• Experience with photography and/or videography
• Ability to operate a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or professional-quality smartphone
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Comfortable interacting with attendees during interviews and testimonials
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be punctual and dependable

Preferred

• Photography, marketing, communications, journalism, or media students
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok
• Basic photo and video editing skills
