Part-Time Event Setup & Grounds crew

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to assist with event setup and takedown, as well as general property and lawn maintenance. This is a part-time position with a variety of hands-on tasks, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working in different environments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and take down event equipment (tables, chairs, signage, etc.)
• Assist with event preparation and cleanup
• Perform general lawn care and outdoor maintenance like weed eating
• Handle basic upkeep tasks around the property
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with landscaping or maintenance
• Experience working events
• Basic handyman skills

Schedule:

Required availability:

• Friday evenings
• Saturdays (full day)
• At least one weekday evening (Monday–Thursday)
• Schedule may vary slightly based on event needs
• Some flexibility required
