Part-Time Executive Assistant and Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and resourceful person to help manage day-to-day business development and operational tasks across multiple brands. This role involves a mix of outreach, coordination, and project management. You’ll work directly with the founder to handle communications with partners, manufacturers, designers, and other stakeholders — ensuring things move forward smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to external partners (manufacturers, designers, vendors, collaborators, etc.)
  • Schedule, join, and take notes during meetings and calls
  • Follow up on action items — for yourself and others — to keep projects on track
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities and contacts
  • Support ongoing brand launches and business development initiatives
  • Organize project details, documents, and communications for easy access
  • Handle miscellaneous operational tasks as needed across different brands

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or project management software is a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brandon, FL 33511
