Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our expanding Natick team.

This role is primarily focused on aesthetics with structured training and ongoing development in injectables and aesthetic procedures as part of your growth within MD Esthetics.

We are looking for a clinician who is self-motivated, positive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare
• Perform laser within scope of practice
• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, aestheticians, and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and development

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in aesthetics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and patient outcomes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
