Part-Time Nurse Practioner (NP) – Weightloss/Peptides & HRT Provider

$50/hour (up to $90/hr potential with bonus structure) | 3 days/week | Potential for full-time

MurgaSkin Labs is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our wellness team in Orlando.

This role is focused on medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement therapy for men and women. This provider will not be performing aesthetic injectables or device treatments.

We are looking for a provider who is passionate about helping patients feel better, rebuilding trust in medicine, and delivering thoughtful, personalized care. The ideal candidate has experience in HRT management, values patient education, and wants to help build a strong team with a long-term vision for wellness in Orlando.

What you’ll do:

• Perform consultations and follow-ups
• Review labs, symptoms, and goals
• Create treatment plans for weight loss, peptides, and HRT
• Educate patients clearly and compassionately
• Manage our weightloss patients
• Manage peptide patients (will be learning this from our physician if you're new to peptides)
• Maintain strong documentation and follow-up care
• Collaborate with a physician-led team

Qualifications:

• Active Florida NP license
• Experience in HRT for men and women (at least 2 years would be ideal, but less is also accepted for review)
• Background in wellness, family medicine, internal medicine, preventive care, or weight loss preferred
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• EMR experience required, we use Aesthetic Record (will train on this of course)
• Spanish Fluency is a +++

Position details:

• Part-time
• 3 days per week (with room to grow)
• $50/hour to start for first 90 days
• Compensation reassessed at 90 days
• Potential for full-time with the right provider
