MEI Inc., a large independent FedEx Ground contractor, providing services in Burnsville, is seeking a team player to fill the position of Package Delivery/ Pick up Driver. This position is responsible for ensuring timely delivery with exceptional customer service to our businesses and residential customers. We have part-time positions available.

Currently drivers will start and end there day in Rosemount.

Position is a D.O.T regulated and subject to pre-employment an on going drug testing.

FedEx Delivery Driver Responsibilities/Duties

• Follow all safety, handling and delivery procedures to avoid personal injury and property damage
• Lift, carry, and move packages of various shapes, sizes, and weights
• Strong sense of urgency to complete deliveries and pickups in a timely fashion
• Meet or exceed Mehdi Enterprise and FedEx expectations for superior customer service
• Comply with appearance guidelines, to include a dress code (uniforms provided)

Qualifications of the FedEx Delivery Driver

• 21 years of age (we deliver alcohol)
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL not required)
• Able to pass DOT drug test, No THC or Marijuana. DOT Physical and driving test.
• Must be able to pass a thorough backgroudcheck.
• Ability to deliver on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays, if applicable)
• Strong customer service skills
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to handle physical workload - packages typically weigh 20 - 50 lbs. and may weigh up to 160 lbs. (2 wheelers/carts provided)
• At least one full year of commercial driving experience (Uber, Lyft, pizza delivery, courier, truck etc.) within the past three years or willing to go through a company driver's training program
