About Us

Home Offer 365 is a growing multi-state real estate investment company specializing in wholesale, fix-and-flip, and rental properties. We close ~15 deals per month across 10 states and are looking for a semi-retired finance professional to help bring clarity, organization, and structure to our financial operations.

This is a part-time, advisory role perfect for someone with experience in financial oversight, accounting, or CFO-level strategy who wants flexible hours without the full-time commitment.

Role Overview

As our Part-Time Finance Advisor, you will:

• Review and clean up financial records
• Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and reports
• Provide clarity on cash flow and profitability
• Advise on deal-level financials (flip vs. buy-and-hold)
• Help build simple dashboards and KPIs for ownership
• Recommend operational improvements for multi-state scaling

Qualifications

• Semi-retired, retired, or very experienced financial professional
• Accounting, finance, or real estate investment experience preferred
• Comfortable reviewing multi-entity books and cash flow
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with spreadsheets, accounting software, and CRMs
