PART-TIME (flexible) Medical Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support our nurse practitioner in a growing wellness and aesthetics practice. This role includes clinical support, patient flow coordination, and front office assistance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments

• Obtain vital signs and patient histories

• Assist with aesthetic and wellness procedures

• Room preparation and sanitation

• Sterilize and organize medical equipment

• Assist with inventory and supply management

• Schedule appointments and confirm visits

• Maintain accurate patient records

• Provide excellent patient support and communication

Preferred Experience

✔ Medical assistant experience (1+ year preferred)

✔ Experience in med spa, primary care, or urgent care

✔ Familiarity with Botox, fillers, PRP, or weight loss programs (preferred)

✔ EMR/EHR experience

✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
