Part-Time Flexible Schedule Physical Therapy Assistant Remote Work

Who We Are: We combine Physical Therapy, Exercise Training, and Health Coaching to provide customized movement programs to clients through our cutting edge mobile technology within our supportive community. The result is our clients become more physically fit, improve self-efficacy, and increase their positive thinking.

What You’ll Do: As an Enphysion Physical Therapy Assistant, you will create customized programs for clients via our mobile application, and guide clients towards their lifestyle goals. Beyond program creation you will conduct check-in calls to make sure their programs are successful. You will primarily progress and support them on their health journeys.

How You’ll Do It:

• Complete our extensive Enphysion curriculum so that you are prepared to work with our clients.
• Perform initial evaluations with a Physical Therapist to assess clients
• Meet with your lead Physical Therapist who will guide you through appropriate modifications and problem-solve programming concerns
• Coach your clients 2-4x/month live to answer questions and ensure program success
• Create daily movement programs for remote clients based on our proven Enphysion System
• Ensure consistency with client participation in their programs
• There are no expectations to recruit or upsell clients. We want you to focus on programming and building the client relationship. We take care of marketing, recruiting, and converting clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Associates Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Licensure in Massachusetts or licensure pending via examination or reciprocity
• Knowledge and skills required to provide and document a full range of physical therapy treatments for all patient demographics
• Remote training experience preferred
• Current Liability Insurance and CPR Certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working in start-up environment preferred
